As with all our cakes this cake may be varied to suit your requirements.

Apart from the bride and groom cake topper which is non edible, everything else on this tropical wedding cake theme from the Bengal tiger, to the tortoise, lizards and snakes are all made totally edible. The parrot cake toppers were made from a non edible material and decorated by hand in icing, so that the bride and groom could keep them as a reminder of their wedding day.

Fondant was shaped to replicate bamboo sticks and was placed around the base of the bottom tier. The 10 inch and 6 inch cakes of this tropical wedding theme cake were designed to look like tree slices. A carved out heart with the bride and grooms first letters of their name were also added to this tier. Finally the tier is airbrushed to give more of a realistic look to the bark.

We added a top hat and a veil to the parrots and decorated them with vibrant colours which adds to the overall look of the theme. The cake price shown below included delivery and setup at Morley Hayes Venue, Derbyshire.
