2 Peacock Wedding Cake. This cake was made for happy couple who tied the knot at the Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara. A beautiful clean looking design. This wedding cake displays 2 peacocks in Gold and White. Also available in other colours. The 4-tier peacock wedding cake will server approx. 120 people. Decorated with the 2 peacocks facing each other. The tail feathers are inter-twined as the flow seemlessly down the wedding cake.
When it comes to deciding which flavour to have, you are spoilt for choice. All our cakes are baked the traditional way fresh to order. This means that you can have different flavours on every tier. Why not spoil your guests, have some of our great tasting flavours such as, Mango, Passion Fruit or other exoctic fruits that are available and in season.
To ensure that all the guests were catered for, we also provide additional cutting cakes on request. Each 12 inch cutting cake can cater for an extra 70 guests. Delivery and setup within the immediate area of either Derby / Nottingham is included in the price. We cover up to a 50 mile radius and a small charge is for delivery is made outside of these areas. Mint teardrop wedding cake

Made up of 4 seperate tiers, the 13 inch base cake is our rich moist fruit cake. For the other 3 tiers, our bride and groom selected our very own recipe for Belgian chocolate sponge. Each of these three sponges had our rich chocolate filling and topped off with a coating of high quality Belgian chocolate ganache. This very detailed mint teardrop cake is decorated with a fondant frill to both the bottom and top tiers. To finish the decorative look on these tiers we added hand piped detail just above the frills.
The second tier is decorated with a piped pearl detail all around the base. Finally thethird tier is a hand carved a tear drop shape cake (we do not use pre-shaped tins). It is then decorated with piped pearl detail and edged with beading to the base of the cake. Mint coloured sugar flowers and butterflies were added to this fabulous cake together with a Circle of Love topper to complete this unique design. The mint teardrop cake was delivered in person to the bride’s venue in London, together with an extra 4 cutting cakes to cater for over 500 guests. Whatever the size of your wedding party, we would be happy to provide the ideal cake for you. Be it for 50 people or 750 or more. Each cake is always baked individually, fresh to order. rose teardrop wedding cake delivered and set up at the venue in Milton Keynes. Set on a 14 inch pre iced cake board with purple ribbon. The base of each tier is decorated with matching ribbon and diamante chain. The base tier of this cake has been left plain and has a single purple rose offset to the side. Alternating tiers on this wedding cake are decorated with piped tear drops and matching piped drapes around the wedding cake. They are also decorated with matching ribbon bows and diamante broaches.
The top tier of this gorgeous wedding cake is set on its own separate cake board and placed on top of its own acrylic stand. The legs of the stand are filled with transparent crystals. At the base of the stand we have placed individual roses. The top tier of this stunning 5 tier wedding cake has also been decorated it with matching roses. Having been provided with a swatch from the future couple, we were able to blend the colouring in with the rest of the venue dressing. The Rose Teardrop cake was transported and set up at the couples chosen venue in Milton Keynes by ourselves in person. We do not use 3rd party couriers for our cake deliveries, and we will deliver and set up all over the UK. With this wedding cake, Less is More. Each of the 4 tiers has been left plain with the exception of an ivory ribbon around the base of the 4 tiers. Hand made iced red roses are placed on alternate tiers wither side just above the drapes. The ivory drape rose on this bespoke design wedding cake starts from the base of the Brides wedding dress and flows down the full height of the front of the cake. A unique bespoke design 5 tier wedding cake. Our Peacock wedding cake is a real eye catcher for that grand look to your wedding. This cake can be up-sized to suit your requirements, and, as with all of our cakes, each tier can be different to the others. Our full range of cake flavours, cake types and food intolerance cakes can be used for this magnificent cake. This particular example has been left plain in colour, but it is available in a wide range of colours to match your wedding theme.
The base of each tier has been decorated with translucent pearl effect beading. The top of the cake has been molded to replicate the head and chest of a Peacock with the crown and feathers hand made onto the body. The trailing hand made iced feather effect leading down the back of the cake from the body can be coloured to requirements. We have also added strings of translucent beads and leaves through the feather effect. As with all of our cakes, this wedding cake is also made free from animal fats and products. The actual shoe can either be eaten or kept as a keepsake. It is made from icing and is an actual size 5 ladies shoe size. Fender Guitar cake make specifically to our customers requirements for their sons birthday. This cake is made from our gorgeous moist vanilla sponge. Most of our unique flavours are available for this cake. A full list of our most popular flavours can be found from the menu above. Every one of our cakes is hand made and decorated to order. We only use the finest ingredients available to us. Each cake is baked individually the traditional way less than 48 hours prior to delivery. This Novelty Birthday Cake was delivered to our customer in Nottingham. The fender guitar section has been baked and carved to shape from cake. As the customer only had a small budget to work with, we improvised on this particular cake.
The neck of the guitar is made from non edible items. Everything else on the cake is totally edible, including the strap. At Kimboscakes we pride ourselves in making the finest quality flavour cakes possible. We use real fruit and Belgian chocolate in all of our cakes. We also make Egg free, Alcohol Free, Animal Substance Free along with other food intolerance cakes. Providing cakes suitable for all religions including Muslim and other types for our Asian community. Another custom bespoke cake is this life size Ice Skate cake. Laid out on a 12 inch cake board. The cake was made from our very own real Belgian Chocolate sponge and coated in Belgian chocolate ganache. A full size 6 Ice Skate boot in black icing. Both the lace and skate blade on this cake is also edible. This novelty birthday cake was made for one of our customers in Derby. The ice skate cake was baked and prepared in 24 hours ready for delivery the next day. This ensures that the cake reaches our customer in the freshest condition. Styled on images that we were sent, including the tongue and the inside colour of the boot. At Kimboscakes we strive to make all of our custom and bespoke design cakes as close as we can to images that are provided to us.
Every cake is prepared and baked by hand. They are then individually carved to shape before icing and decorating. This particular design champagne birthday cake was made for a customer in the Derby area.
The cake was carved from a freshly baked gorgeous Belgian Chocolate sponge and then coated in a rich Belgian chocolate ganache. Made for a gentleman's 60th birthday. The champagne birthday cake was decorated to resemble an aged bottle of this unique champagne.
The cake is laid on a 12 inch board which has been covered with a silk cloth effect. Even the cork on this cake is edible. The custom birthday cake has a black iced ribbon on the board with the birthday message hand written in gold colour. Dom Pérignon is a brand of vintage Champagne produced by the Champagne house Moët & Chandon and serves as that house's prestige champagne. Another of our custom designed wedding cakes is this life size pair of Hunter wellington boots. Our Bride and Groom (Rachel and Andrew) requested us to make a replica of the Hunter wellington wedding cake The two Hunter Wellington boots were made from 2 different cakes. One was our very own Carrot cake recipe
We only used one small support for this hunter wellington wedding cake to ensure the Bride and Groom and their guests had plenty to go around. The cake was delivered to their venue at Horsley Lodge, Derbyshire where the Grooms transport was a tractor (As seen on top of the cake). The cake was set on a 14 inch iced cake board. The cake topper is not edible and was provided by the Bride and Groom. After the wedding ceremony, the room was transformed during the photo shoot for the wedding breakfast.
Horsley lodge is an ideal setting for weddings of up to approx 120 guests. Of course there is also their amazing Bridal accommodation. It has a beautiful drive passed its lovely water fountain feature, and is in the heart of the Derbyshire Countryside. Temari Wedding Cake

The temari spheres are of 3 different sizes. Each one is baked and decorated individually. We use 4 different flavours for the spheres. We used to different decoration styles on the temari sphere cakes. Once they had been iced and decorated, half of the spheres have hand iced red bows placed on top. The cake stand was a custom made disposable stand specific to the requirements of this cake request.
Each of the cake boards used were also decorated around the edge with matching red ribbon. The top 2 sponges were covered in white fondant and then decorated with lace effect black icing on the top, which drapes over the sides. The base board of the top tiers was also covered with lace effect sugar veil icing. The top tier of the temari wedding cake has fresh roses made into a bump placed on the top. The individual spheres range from £6.00 each depending on the size. Like all of our cakes, every sphere and the top tiers are made and decorated individually by hand less than 48 hours prior to delivery to your wedding venue. The price of the spheres represents the time taken to hand make and decorate each one individually.
This temari wedding cake was delivered to the queens hotel in Leeds. This hotel is a beautiful venue for a wedding. This is a unique style of wedding cake that would amaze both Bride and groom along with your guests. You may choose up to 4 different flavours for the spheres and have different flavours again for each of the top 2 tiers. Children's favourite TV character's. Peppa pig birthday cake. Set on a 12 inch round cake board, covered in green icing. The two tiers of this Peppa pig birthday cake are 8 inch and 5 inch. Have your choice of different flavours for each tier. With a range of over 30 sponge flavours to choose from you will be spoilt for choice.
Every one of our flavours are hand baked from scratch using only real fresh ingredients such as; real fruit, Belgian chocolate etc. We do not use any flavoured essence for any of our cakes. The base tier of this cake is decorated with a grass effect and Peppa pig characters are set on the side of the board with a blanket and a miniature cake. On the next tier we placed a baby Peppa pig and some small caricature dugs around the sides. Small flat white iced clouds were also placed on the top tier. Everything on this cake is totally edible. The cake comes in a range of colours and sizes to suit all needs. Should you require more portions, we can either increase the tier size or add extra tiers. JCB Digger

JCB Digger SKU: [ bir-314 ] Cake size used (As in picture) 12 inch Approx. portions (As in picture) 25 - 30 All cake flavours are available Larger sizes are available JCB digger cake. This bespoke novelty birthday cake is set out on a 10 inch round cake board. The mud and gravel effect on the board is also totally edible. The hillside cake has been made from a full 12 inch cake. This has been carved up to give the hillside look. Coated in our very own gorgeous butter cream, it is then iced in chocolate fondant and then decorated in green icing. Stones and pebbles
are then placed all around the cake and on the board. The JCB Digger cake has been molded and shaped by hand, as have the tyres on the digger. Once shaped and coloured we then add the front and back shovels on the JCB. The character on the cake has also been shaped by hand. The characters shirt has been hand decorated in the design of a builders lumberjack style shirt. We have also added a paid of builders boots. Not forgetting the health and safety aspect of their job, we of course gave him a hard hat. This particular JCB digger cake was made for someone who had just acquired the JCB license. As the recipient of this bespoke cake was in the immediate Derby / Nottingham area, we of course made no delivery charge. JCB are the world leaders in construction machinery, such as, backhoe loader and telescopic handler manufacturing. Please note decorations may vary slightly as each cake is baked individually. Jammie Dodger

What can we say. One of our customers is a jammie dodger fan. Set on a 10 inch base board that has been iced. This jammie dodger cake was made from an 8 inch soft vanilla sponge. It can also be made in many other flavours that we list. The cake is coated with our very own recipe of vanilla butter cream and then iced in 2 sections. The jammie dodger cake has a soft filling of butter cream is in the middle
and is coated with our raspberry conserve. The outside edge of the biscuit has of course been replicated in the same style as the biscuit.
The traditional heart that you normally find in the biscuit has also been carved out and filled with conserve. The bespoke novelty birthday cake is certainly one with a difference. Do you slice it and eat it? Or, do you dip it in your tea first? We have of course made other replica biscuits. This is just one of the many ones that we get to replicate. Other bespoke cakes include replica's of well known chocolate bars, crumpets and much more. The top of the biscuit cake was replicated identically to the real thing. A beautiful variation of our original peacock cake. Our original peacock cake in white can be seen here White Peacock The Blue Peacock Wedding Cake sits high on our purpose built pedestal stand and is set on a 14 inch iced cake board. Each tier has a base coat of luxury white fondant and is decorated with a burgundy wine coloured ribbon at the base of the tiers. Overlaying the ribbon is a pearl effect beading. There are also gold hearts dotted around the cake. The feather effect of the
peacock is made up of over 150 individual shapes. Each of these has been hand decorated in two iridescent colours of green and blue, and, edible dragee's. This particular peacock is sitting on a ball which has been decorated with a small flower effect. The peacock is also decorated by hand with finishing touches on the eyes, beak and crown. Each tier of this cake (as with all of our cakes) has been fresh baked by hand and decorated less than 48 hours prior to delivery. We bake every one of our cakes the traditional way from scratch. Using only fresh ingredients (including real fruit and Belgian chocolate). The cake was delivered and set up in person to our Bride and Grooms reception, which was held at The Glade, Rosliston Forestry Centre. A beautiful venue set in woodland, with a marquee which can hold up to 250 guests. Also next to the marquee is a stage area for your DJ or Band / Group.
The venue is set in private ground and the staff offer an excellent choice of services to suit every need. It is available in a wide list of flavours, colours and designs to suit individual requirements. The cake is made from a 12 inch cake and 2 x 6 inch dome cakes. It is then carved and sized to proportion. Coated in a soft black
fondant, the red ribbon and bone effect are then put into place. The black red basque then has red frills added around the cup s of the basque, the neckline and the base to give it this beautiful look. To finish off the look we then add the threaded black lace up look across both cups and hand made red bows. We then finish the whole cake off with a glossy look before boxing and delivering. We will deliver all of our cakes in person and where appropriate a nominal delivery charge may be made. Our cakes are hand made to each individual order with attention paid to detail.
